NYC Apt/Art [Trespassing]
This project creates an open public space within a dense NYC block, including a community facility at ground floor increases the floor area ratio (FAR) according to zoning laws. Connections to the market improve the existing lounge area inside the market and create bisecting circulation across the block, with zones for public and private (tenants).

U Penn College of Engineering
For years now Penn State has been without a building that defines its College of Engineering. It had Old Engineering which built in 1892 in the Richardsonian Romanesque Style. It was “the Architectural Capstone of the Campus” Unfortunately, that building burnt down in the 1918. Since that point, the College of Engineering has been without a face. That is what this design is to accomplish. It is to become the face and signature of Penn State Engineering.

University of Cincinnati - residence hall
Our design is a proposed residence hall for the University of Cincinnati, which also accommodates space for retail tenants on the ground floor. While newer residence halls provide better amenities, they have not provided a strong social experience for residents. Our design is intended to house over 400 incoming students and create a strong sense of community among them.
Alexander Amrine, a fellow architecture student at the University of Cincinnati, also worked on the project.

BRUTALISM
The project was started with a hypothetical context having road and lake at north and south respectively. Firstly in this project two more context were added at the east and west of the given site. Two academical blocks were considered at those side. The design was developed with the pedestrian movement because of the two imposed academic context.
