Welcome to Built by Design, a series of videos created to teach FIRST students how to effectively use Autodesk Inventor. Being FIRST students ourselves, we understand the difficulties many teams face when it comes to design. This series was developed to be very helpful to teams who want to improve the efficiency, completion speed, and accuracy of their designs. The series is broken up into three chapters: Basic Understanding, Speed and Efficiency, and Presentation. Each chapter focuses on a different aspect of the design phase, so it is easy to become well-versed in the entire development process of your robot. These videos should give you the knowledge you need to compete in the Autodesk Excellence in Design Award next year.
