This is a four story home that I haven't created a render for yet however it has three main floors and the four floor is the room over the U-shaped staircases. This house is designed to work as a multi-family or a single family home.

I would question the sanity of someone who purchased it for a single family house, but as a multi-family, I like the wrap-around balcony.
