Level 3
Autodesk Animation Academy Curriculum: Level 3
Level 3 consists of industry-driven projects for each module and includes real-world scenarios, challenging students to look at workflow and process in digital entertainment, games, and visual communications.
Level 3 has six final projects which can be an individual or team based project based on the material in Level 2.
Project Design: Design and animate a carnival or amusement park haunted house ride. The goal of this assignment is to use all the elements and principles of design in a real-world design project.
Project Storytelling: Students have three different scenes to choose from for their final project. Each final project scene option will require the student to animate the scene and tell a story.
Project Anatomy: Design a simple character similar to the one created in the Anatomy module and follow the same process from modeling through animation.
Project Motion and Animation: Working from video reference you will create an animation of a character walking and bouncing a ball at the same time.
Project Space and Architecture: Design an environmentally friendly sustainable new city library alongside a public park.
Project Real-time: In this project you will simulate a basic-level design for a First Person Shooter (FPS) directly in the 3D viewport.
